This application allows you to generate comprehensive reports using your health data stored in Apple Health. The reports can be exported as PDF files, which can be easily shared with your healthcare provider.

With this app, you can generate six different types of reports:

 <li>Heart Rate Report: Includes detailed information such as minimum, maximum, and average heart rate data, heart rate variability (HRV), and visual graphs.</li>
 <li>Blood Pressure Report: Provides scatter and simple line graphs of your blood pressure readings along with corresponding heart rate, body temperature, and 12-hour nutritional intake values (sodium, caffeine, carbohydrates).</li>
 <li>Blood Sugar Report: Shows all your blood glucose readings along with nutritional intake values, heart rate ranges, and classification based on your diabetes type.</li>
 <li>Activity Report: Features four charts displaying your step count, burned calories, BMI, and body weight.</li>
 <li>Sleep Report: Visualizes your sleep cycles with heart rate data and provides information on asleep, awake, and in-bed times, as well as nutritional values.</li>
 <li>Blood Oxygen Report: Includes all your blood oxygen readings along with minimum, maximum, and average data combined with heart rate information.</li>
</ul>

The generated PDF or CSV file can be conveniently uploaded to your iCloud Drive automatically. The reports are available in seven languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Greek, Italian, and Hungarian.

Advanced features of this app include:

 <li>Displaying symptoms alongside measurements if you use Apple Health to log your symptoms.</li>
 <li>Support for Shortcuts, which automates the creation of monthly reports and more.</li>
 <li>Data can also be exported to a JSON file for more complex data analysis.</li>
 <li>Ability to annotate the report, providing more detailed information about specific records and values.</li>
</ul>

The app also supports all three widget sizes, allowing you to add heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, step count, burned calories count, body weight, blood oxygen, BMI, water intake, or heart rate variability widgets to your home screen. You have the flexibility to customize colors, units, and date ranges.

In order to use this app, you need to have health data stored in Apple Health (HealthKit). Even if you don't have a device that automatically records this data, you can still use the app to manually enter your heart rate, blood pressure, and blood glucose data. The interface is user-friendly and allows you to input all three values on a single screen. This is particularly useful if you don't have a smart blood pressure or blood sugar monitor.

Rest assured that your privacy is respected throughout the entire process. The report generation happens solely on your phone and your data is not shared or transmitted anywhere. The app works completely offline and does not have access to any of your health data whatsoever.

Heart Reports is a free app that allows you to export one PDF file without any cost. If you require unlimited exports, you can opt for a one-time in-app purchase.
